What happens if the AI reads something wrong?

Nothing is saved until you press Submit. Answers the AI filled are tagged, hard-to-read ones are marked Check, and it leaves a question blank rather than guess.

Which languages can the AI read?

English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and more, printed or handwritten. Names stay in the script they were written in. A clear photo in good light works best.

Can I keep a form private?

Yes. A private form has no public link; only you can fill it, from your dashboard. Files people upload are always encrypted and only you can open them.

How do I get my data out?

Download every response, or only the ones matching your search and dates, as CSV, Excel or PDF. You can also download a single response.

Can AI answer questions about my responses?

Yes. Ask in plain words, like “What are the main complaints?”. It works from exact counts of your data and shows the responses it is talking about.

How am I charged?

With Localnee Credit, only for what you use. For each form you choose who pays: your personal main pool or one of your business pages. If there isn't enough credit, the AI won't run and you'll be asked to top up first.
